Inclusive Leadership in Governance

This course focuses on strengthening the capacity of community-centred primary health care organization boards in equity, diversity, and inclusion.


  • Each online module includes practical tools and resources grounded by a common evidence-based Inclusive Leadership in Governance Framework.
  • Modules are approximately 20-30 minutes in length.
  • Modules can be taken individually or as a board.

Course Partners

In 2017, support from the Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration (Partnership Grants Program) funded the development of four Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Governance online training modules in English and French. The project is a partnership between DiverseCity onBoard, the Alliance for Healthier Communities (AOHC), and Health Nexus. The partners are solely responsible for the content of the materials.
